Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS)

ISS posts two Corporate Governance Quotient (CGQ) scores for each company that it covers – one comparing the company to all other companies in its peer group and the other to all other companies in its industry. Both scores are expressed as a percentile,
relative to all other companies in the category, with 100 as the best and 0 as
the worst.
A company's CGQ is available on Yahoo
Finance. Enter the company's stock
symbol in the "Get Quotes" search tool and then click on
"Company - Profile" on the bottom right side of the page.
